Cypher is welcoming new and returning students to our Autumn 2018 club! All students will get to build fun and interactive projects, developing weekly projects that will allow students to build up their knowledge and experience of programming concepts. As students progress through the course, they will build their own characters, objects, backgrounds and games.

Returning students will be moving forward with course progression on to level 2 or 3 of the course, developing skills in sequencing, pattern recognition, loops, and conditional logic to create programs. They will also create scenes using coding, adding sounds and music, and using keyboard controls to drive their programs; learning about motion, broadcasting messages, and adding special effects.

Each session will also include 10 minutes of touch typing exercises to assist students with additional basic computer skills training.
