Elizabeth is an award-winning CEO who founded Cypher in 2016 when she understood the importance of getting children future-ready through creative coding themes.
Visionary leader, tech mom and inspirational educationalist, she is passionate about giving children the opportunity to learn the essential skills they need to thrive in a high-tech world,
Designer
Joining the Cypher team as an Advertising master's graduate from the University of Arts, Lise has used her creative flair and skills to create all of our Cypher branding - everything from our website to the excellent workbooks and merchandise that you will find at our camps.

Schools Director
Former Deputy Head of a private school for over 8 years, Lucy works closely with schools and teachers across London to deliver our Cypher coding clubs. She is responsible for training, onboarding and hiring our Cypher teachers and is also our Health and Safety and Safeguarding expert.

With a background in teaching in secondary schools, Olexandra creates stem.org accredited content for our Camps, Clubs, and in-school Curriculum and delivers CPD sessions to both Cypher's teachers and schools
