• In this block-based coding club, children will be learning to code through the Scratch platform. Scratch promotes computational thinking and problem solving skills; creative teaching and learning and self-expression and collaboration.

    Children will be working through incrementally harder content each week with the guidance of our expert Cypher teachers. In this Block Based coding club, the children will combine their creativity with their new coding knowledge to create a series of very exciting games!

  • In this club we introduce students to text-based coding using Python. Students learn how to code in the Python programming language using the Tynker platform. Each week, students will work alongside their expert Cypher teacher to complete an impressive coding project, such as creating artwork using the Python turtle, or creating an interactive game. To see what your kids have been working on, simply log into their Tynker accounts at home and get them to show you the awesome things they’ve made!

  • In this club we introduce students to advanced text-based coding in Python. Students will work both independently and with the guidance of their teacher to complete various projects using Python code. Each week, students will work alongside their expert Cypher teacher to complete an array of impressive coding projects, including the retro classics Snake and Tetris. To see what your kids have been working on, simply log into their Tynker accounts at home and get them to show you the awesome things they’ve made!
